Northern Utah’s days of cutoffs, sandals and tube tops are nearly over for the year: autumn’s characteristic, near-freezing mornings have arrived.
Along the Wasatch Front, Monday’s predawn saw temperatures in the mid-30s to low-40s, though some higher mountain locales dipped into the upper-teens. A similar low-temperature range was expected for Tuesday, with daytime highs in 70s, up from Monday’s low- to mid-60s.
